Permitted Use

RTG Command is provided for authorized client support, service communication, approved document review, ticket updates, and account visibility.

Access Boundaries

Access is limited to the client organization and user account assigned to this login. Users must not attempt to access information, tickets, documents, invoices, systems, or client records outside their approved scope.

Prohibited Activity

Users must not share credentials, upload malicious or unrelated content, misuse support channels, bypass controls, or submit ticket information that is not relevant to a support request.

Logging And Monitoring

RTG may log portal access, ticket actions, document views, IP address, browser details, and acceptance records for security, audit, troubleshooting, and compliance purposes.

Service Terms

Remote support, endpoint data, invoices, documents, and knowledge articles are governed by the applicable service agreement and active client policies. Updated policy versions may require reacceptance.
